RION AI Privacy Policy

RION AI is an invitation-only beta operated by MD. Shakib-Ul Karim, operating as RION AI, based in Bangladesh. Support: supportrionai@gmail.com.

What we collect

Account details: your email address and sign-in information. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic account details from Google, such as your email address.
Content you create: chats, system instructions, brand profiles, marketing tool inputs, AI-generated results and your edited drafts.
Usage records: for each AI request, the tokens used, estimated cost, model and provider, request status and a provider reference number. These records do not contain your messages.
Your beta access status and trial token balance.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, save your work, generate AI replies and drafts, apply trial limits, prevent misuse and answer support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

AI processing

When you send a chat message or use a marketing tool, your request goes to OpenRouter. OpenRouter passes it to the provider of the model you chose, currently OpenAI or DeepInfra. The request can include your system instructions, any brand profile you attached, and recent messages from the chat. We configure OpenRouter routing to exclude endpoints marked as using request data for training. This does not mean zero retention; providers may retain data under their own policies.

Only recent messages are sent with each request. Older messages are not deleted and stay saved in your chat.

Storage and access

Your data is stored with our hosting provider, Lovable Cloud. Access rules limit your content to your own account. The founder can access stored data when needed to run the service, check usage, manage beta access, fix problems or respond to support requests. No system is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Browser storage

Your browser keeps your sign-in session, and one cookie remembers whether the sidebar is open. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual chats, brand profiles and marketing results in the app.
Chat replies record the name and version of the brand profile used. These stay in the chat if you delete the profile, until you delete the chat.
Marketing results keep a copy of the brand profile used to create them. This copy stays if you delete the profile, until you delete the result.
Usage records stay even if you delete content.
You cannot delete your account in the app. To ask for your account or data to be deleted, email supportrionai@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We will reply with what can be removed and any records that must be kept.
Deleted data may remain in backups or provider systems. We have not verified for how long.

We may update this policy during the beta. The revision date above shows when it last changed.
